Q. |
To best view the Shope web site, what
are the minimum browser requirements and best display settings?
The Shope web site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer
6.0
(or higher), or Netscape Communicator 4.7 (or higher). For optimal
viewing, you are encouraged to set your display settings to at least 800
by 600 pixels with 16 bit color. A higher resolution will enhance your
ability to quickly scan information. A lower resolution can be used but
will result in a horizontal scrolling of your browser screen.
We also recommend disabling any
related Popup-Killer, or Google Popup-Ad tools. With the Popup tool
disabled, it will enable you to view important pages on our web
site. |

Q. |
What is a PDF file and how can I view it?
A PDF file is a standard format for distributing printable documents
over the Internet. The name stands for Portable Document Format, and it
was developed by Adobe Corp. There is a free application needed to view
a PDF file, called the "Adobe Acrobat Reader." The reader comes standard
on many computers, but if you need a copy, you can
download the reader direct from Adobe. |
