Shope Announces New Product CatalogShope Concrete
Products announced their new product catalog
due for release to it's customer base December 6, 2004. The catalog was originally scheduled
for October 1, but due to some printing issues, the
release was postponed. Most of the changes are
significant compared to their previous
product catalog released in the mid 90's. "I
think we improved on the product drawings,
and provided some additional information
about our products. We've generally used the same
catalog for over 8 years now" said Gary Pattee,
Vice
President of Shope Concrete Products. "This will be
a noticeable step up from the old one. I know I'm
not the only one anticipating a new catalog. Many of
our customers have been waiting all summer to get
their hands on one."
For those who can't wait however, the 2004 Edition
is now available online. Each page of the catalog
can be viewed via Portable Document Format, a widely
accepted technology created by Adobe Systems. Customers can
also download catalog pages, updates, and revisions
when available.
In today's small business, 1 in 3 have a PC
on their desktop wired into the Internet
showing many have left the old technology
for the new.
"We're finally trying to move
that direction with our customers", said Gary Hall,
President of Shope Concrete Products. "The idea here
is to use proven technology to get the latest
product information in our customers hands whenever
they need it. The old way required a customer to
call us, request a fax, and then wait on the other
end to receive. Having our catalog online just opens up huge
opportunities for our business in providing information immediately to
anyone with a computer and an Internet connection."
